ACTIVE BATCH #2024-0226
The Numbers
Don't Negotiate.
Oxide Layer Thickness
Type III Hardcoat — per MIL-A-8625
Measured via eddy-current probe at 9 points per part. Tolerance held to ±0.0002″ across the full batch. Cross-section SEM imaging available for incoming inspection packages.

Rockwell Surface Hardness
Hardcoat exceeds tool steel
Type III hardcoat at 70 Rc outperforms 304 stainless (35–40 Rc) and approaches industrial chromium. Validated per ASTM E18 on every production lot. Hardness certification included with CoC.

Batch Capacity
72-hour turnaround — documented
Rack-to-rack processing through a 14-stage line: degrease, etch, desmut, anodize, DI rinse, seal, dry. Full SPC data per batch. Rush capability for OEM schedules — call our line coordinator at 06:00.

11 Years.
Zero NCRs.
Every batch ships with a full Certificate of Conformance referencing the applicable MIL spec, ASTM standard, and FDA regulation. Your QA manager gets a document package — not a phone call. Audit-ready from day one.

Choose Your
Spec.
Not sure which coating type your application requires? Our engineers will review your drawing and recommend the right spec — no charge.
Standard Anodize
Sulfuric acid process producing a porous, dyeable oxide layer. Excellent corrosion resistance for non-structural food contact applications.
Hardcoat Anodize
Hard anodize at elevated current density. Oxide layer penetrates 50% into the base metal. FDA-compliant, MIL-spec certified, and the choice for production-line aluminum.
Engineered Coating
Submit your engineering drawing and we'll spec the process. Custom bath chemistry, post-treatment seals, and non-standard alloy compatibility available.
